These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with https://portal.manawanui.org.nz/ website (the "Service") operated by Manawanui Support Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

These terms apply to the entire contents of the site including any mail, claims, timesheets, expenses, budgets, documents or information provided through the Service.

Whilst Manawanui Support Limited intends that the Services should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is possible that on occasions the Service may be unavailable to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place.

If for any reason we need to interrupt the Service for any significant period, we will publish a notice in advance to inform you of the interruption of service.

Security

You may have an account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all conduct carried out under this password and account. Manawanui Support Limited is not liable for any loss of confidentiality or for any damages arising from your failure to comply with these security measures. Account Suspension or Termination

We want the Client Portal to be a safe place and if we determine that you have breached our terms or policies, we may take action against your account to protect those who are using our services and this may include suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us or when we are permitted or required to do so by law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Manawanui Support Limited is committed to adopting the highest standards to safeguard personal information. This information can be viewed by our staff, site administrators and sometimes by third-party contractors who administer or work on the Service, or who work on special projects with us.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
