These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with https://portal.manawanui.org.nz/ website (the "Service") operated by Manawanui Support Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
These terms apply to the entire contents of the site including any mail, claims, timesheets, expenses, budgets, documents or information provided through the Service.

Whilst Manawanui Support Limited intends that the Services should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is possible that on occasions the Service may be unavailable to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place.

You may have an account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all conduct carried out under this password and account. We want the Client Portal to be a safe place and if we determine that you have breached our terms or policies, we may take action against your account to protect those who are using our services and this may include suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us or when we are permitted or required to do so by law.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Manawanui Support Limited is committed to adopting the highest standards to safeguard personal information. The following defines when we collect personal information and what we do with it. We don't use, share or transfer personal information in connection with the Service except as set out in this Terms of Service, or as otherwise set out somewhere on the site (including in terms linking to the Service).
